ANCHORS WHARF UPGRADE (NSW)

  • Demolition of existing structure
  • Installation of 4x400mm diameter fibreglass piles
  • Installation of composite fibre (CFT) headstocks and girders
  • Installation of spotted gum decking, posts, handrail, and SS hardware
  • Demolition of existing timber on gangway and pontoon
  • Installation of structural framework and spotted gum decking on gangway and pontoon

URUNGA BOARDWALK URGENT REPAIRS (NSW)

  • Demolition of 24 timber piles and 12 headstocks
  • Installation of 24 fibreglass piles 350 dia
  • Installation of 12 composite fibre (CFT) headstocks
  • Core filled 24 piles

GUYATT PARK FERRY TERMINAL/MAINTENANCE [QLD]

  • MMC managed, constructed, and installed a new transition plate to handle the tidal conditions of the Brisbane river on the gangway of the Guyatt park ferry terminal

WEST END PUBLIC PONTOON/MAINTENANCE [QLD]

  • MMC repositioned and secured down concrete seats for BCC

FEATURED PROJECT

MILTON FERRY TERMINAL/MAINTENANCE [QLD]

  • MMC managed, constructed, and installed 12 new hatch cover lids for Milton ferry terminal
  • Confined space works were conducted in all hatch cover compartments, to inspect the pontoons condition and remove any water that was in there due to the existing leaking lids
  • All new hatch cover lids were fully sealed and water tight

STUARTS POINT WHARF [NSW]

  • Installation of 78 x 125x 125 x6.5 (CFT) piles. (fibreglass piles)
  • Installation of (CFT) bearers, joist, disabled ramp, posts and handrails
  • Installation of local hardwood decking
  • Installation of micro mesh on disabled ramp and stair treads
  • Installation of SS handrail on ramp

STUARTS POINT FISHING PLATFORM [NSW]

  • Installation of 12 x125x125x6.5 (CFT) piles
  • Installation of (CFT) bearers and joists
  • Installation of micro mesh with a kick rail around the perimeter

STUARTS POINT BOAT RAMP [NSW]

  • Demolition of existing ramp
  • Install and seal sheet pile coffer dam
  • Cut and trim seabed to correct fall and height
  • Installation of geo webbing and rock
  • Installation of precast panel and cast insitu concrete ramp 26m long x 8m wide x 0.2m thick

AMITY POINT JETTY UPGRADE [ North Stradbroke island QLD]

  • Installation of 5 x 23 mx508 diameter steel mooring piles
  • Installation of 5 HDPE sleeves
  • Installation of 10 x SS mooring cleats
  • Installation of 5 x SS pile caps and bird capping
  • Installation of micro mesh treads and landings
  • Fabricate and install of new cleats and timber hardwood fenders
  • Installation of aluminium mesh on gangway
  • Blast and paint all steel beams
  • Wrap all existing piles
  • Demolition to existing stair treads and old mooring cleats

  • Installation of 21 piles
  • Installation of 21 headstocks

FORSTER DEPARTMENT OF PRIMARY INDUSTRIES WHARF [NSW]

  • Demolition of existing timber jetty
  • Extraction of 12 timber piles 
  • Design and construction of new gangway and pontoon
  • Installation of 3 fibre glass piles and caps 
  • Installation of power to the pontoon

 

FEATURED PROJECT

OXLEY CREEK SEABED [ROCKLEA QLD]

  • In conjunction with Bielby Holdings
  • Broco cut 12 x 800 diameter steel piles 
  • Removed 64 concrete piles by jackhammering with excavator and brooch cutting reo with divers  
  • Cut 16 timber piles off at seabed
  • All piles required dredging down to ensure they were cut off well below seabed

GOLD COAST RESIDENTIAL WHARF REFURBISHMENT [QLD]

  • Removed timber decking boards 
  • Installed new headstock brackets 
  • Painted all substructure black 
  • Sanded deck level 
  • Installed marine carpet over existing decking 
  • Installed timber curb around perimeter of jetty

 

FEATURED PROJECT

MAROOCHYDORE TIMBER JETTY RESTORATION [QLD]

  • Repair existing timber jetty for longevity 
  • Sleeve and grout 10 piles 
  • Installed 13 hardwood timber headstocks and fixings
  • Installed 6 hardwood timber girders and fixings 
  • Installed 2 hardwood timber braces 
  • Disassembled and rebuilt entire jetty

 

FEATURED PROJECT

MALABAR WALKING TRACK [NSW]

  • In conjunction with Steelworks Engineering
  • Construction of Malabar Headland walking track
  • Installation of micro mesh walking track through 1.6 kilometres of thick bushland overlooking the ocean
  • No vehicle access available 
  • All materials helicoptered into various drop points
